The focus of coaching is about your future: your goals and dreams. Issues, problems and concerns are addressed indirectly, as you focus on your future. Structure and Positive Psychology concepts are at the foundation of my work. My orientations are Cognitive-Behavioral, Educational and Psycho-Spiritual.
Life Coaching: We work on resolving normal life issues, and possibly some that are unique to your situation. Then on to creating your goals and dreams. Our focus will be on creating your goal, while keeping a balanced and healthy lifestyle. We will work on increasing your happiness, health and success. As a Life Coach, I believe that it is necessary for me to be a role model.

Psychotherapy
Solution-Oriented Psychotherapy: We explore your issues and emotional responses that block your healthy functioning, and develop the personal structure that will move you through and past those issues. Our primary approaches will be cognitive-behavioral, strategic, and psycho-spiritual, if desired. We will use approaches from Positive Psychology, and may use some therapeutic tools such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) or Hypnotherapy.

Have you ever said, “How am I going to get through this?” Resilience is the ability to persevere and adapt when things go wrong. Fifty plus years of scientific research have demonstrated that high resilience improves physical and mental health, performance, happiness and success. Dr. Rohrer will teach you the Seven Skills for Resilience, and the strategies, tools and structure to implement them.

The creative process is the most successful method for accomplishment in history. Structural tension is the foundation of the creative process. When structural tension is the foundation of your personal structure, you will consistently achieve your goals.
Whether your goals are personal, social or professional, if you shift your approach into an advancing structure, develop an appropriate plan of action and implement it, you will manifest your inner picture.
Creating Your Life is a two-hour, five-week class (ten hours total) that will teach you the secrets of the creative arts & the natural laws. You can become fluent in the creative orientation, and skilled in using Structural Tension to give flight to your dreams, the same way Structural Tension causes airplanes to fly.

You will learn to increase your happiness and build resilience, and develop the personal structure necessary to have a full and resilient life. This group is especially useful for people dealing with physical health issues, mental health issues, depression, learned helplessness, anxiety, and performance issues.
